(fire, flood, water leaks, etc.) • Planning, coordination and supervision of all necessary maintenance and repairs. Most maintenance needs can be addressed directly, providing a personal touch and the quick response that is so important to a homeowner when the inevitable problems do arise. Source 1 performs all routine maintenance, including seasonal clean up, painting, simple electrical and plumbing problems, general repairs, etc. We can also address small carpentry projects including light remodeling, as well as larger restoration projects. When help is needed for more complicated problems or for liability or safety concerns, licensed contractors will be called. Source 1 Property Management, LLC maintains an excellent list of vendors that get the job done right the first time every time. Our relationship with top contractors and our abilitly to work with them “contractor-to-contractor” results in a more efficient project, with fewer delays. |
